Spring clean!

I know we do not experience severe winters in this neck of the woods, but most of travel back home for holidays and birthdays etc., so get coughs , colds, and other minor ills during this time. As nature looks on this time as a ‘rest and recuperation period we can be a bit short of energy.

That is why I recommend an inside clean of the body, followed by a fresh supply of intestinal bacteria. Some of these bacteria get killed off with anti-biotics, and when did you last have a refill? Its popular to try to top up with a yoghurt or two, but your full complement should be around 300 billion !
